With our No-Hassle Return & Cancellation Policy, you may cancel any magazine subscription or return any merchandise item ordered through Remulax up to 30 days from receipt of shipment, if not completely satisfied, for any reason.
You will receive a full credit on all products returned within this time frame (plus shipping and handling charges and/or taxes). All credits will first be applied to any open balance you may have with us. If you do not have an open balance on your account, a refund will be issued to the default payment method chosen when you ordered and should show up on your credit statement 5-10 business days later, depending upon your bank.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Store credit will show up in your account within 3 business days.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
